$17–$19/hrYou run the floor. Deployment, speed of service, product availability, and coaching the crew beside you. Your first real leadership role.

Assistant Manager
$19–$21/hrScheduling, inventory, training new hires, owning a daypart. You learn the numbers side and start building your own bench.

Restaurant Manager
Competitive salary + performance bonusThe restaurant is yours. Trained through the Dunkin' system to move from floor general to commander of the ship. Sales, guest experience, labor, food cost, and a team that looks to you.
Hourly roles across our five restaurants fall within $15–$21, depending on experience, availability, and location. Restaurant Managers are salaried. Pay is reviewed as you take on more responsibility.
